{"id":12626,"date":"2025-12-15T20:38:12","date_gmt":"2025-12-15T19:38:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.nmswallsee-sindelburg.at\/?p=12626"},"modified":"2026-01-15T13:34:11","modified_gmt":"2026-01-15T12:34:11","slug":"nawi-nachmittag-thema-milch","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.nmswallsee-sindelburg.at\/?p=12626","title":{"rendered":"NAWI Nachmittag &#8211; Thema Milch"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ein Teil der naturwissenschaftlichen Gruppe verbrachte wieder einen <strong>lehrreichen Nachmittag \u2013 diesmal zum Thema Milch.<\/strong> Dabei wurden zun\u00e4chst die <strong>Bestandteile der Milch untersucht<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In einem Versuch verglichen die Sch\u00fclerinnen und Sch\u00fcler den Glukosegehalt von Vollmilch und laktosefreier Milch. Sowohl geschmacklich als auch chemisch lie\u00df sich feststellen, dass laktosefreie Milch s\u00fc\u00dfer ist, da der Milchzucker bereits in Einfachzucker aufgespalten wurde. Au\u00dferdem wurde die Wirkung des Enzyms Laktase bei der Aufspaltung von Laktose thematisiert sowie Zucker- und Eiwei\u00dfbestandteile der Milch nachgewiesen. Erg\u00e4nzend zur Untersuchung der Milchbestandteile besch\u00e4ftigten sich die Sch\u00fclerinnen und Sch\u00fcler mit Gelbildungsprozessen in der Lebensmittelchemie.
