Vom 12. bis 17. August 2018 absolvierten die Sportbegeisterten gemeinsam mit ihrer Betreuerin \u00a0DNMS Bauernschmiedt Liane ein Volleyballcamp in Langenlois, das mittlerweile schon zur sportlichen Tradition an der Schule geworden ist .Professionelle Instruktoren trainierten insgesamt 125 M\u00e4dchen aus ganz \u00d6sterreich im Alter von 10 bis 14 Jahren. Vom intensiven Techniktraining bis hin zu Spielaufbau und Taktik wurde in Kleingruppen am Vormittag und Nachmittag konzentriert gearbeitet. Das intensive Training und die hochsommerlichen Temperaturen verlangten den M\u00e4dchen sehr viel ab.<\/p>\n<p>Erg\u00e4nzend dazu gab es ein abwechslungsreiches Freizeitprogramm, wo sich die M\u00e4dchen kreativ oder sportlich bet\u00e4tigen konnten. Relaxeinheiten sorgten f\u00fcr die notwendige Entspannung. Das Abendprogramm bestand aus Spiel- oder Trainingseinheiten.
